Maestri-Murrell Property Management took over the management of Summer Place Apartments in February 2012. Many changes and improvements have been made making Summer Place a wonderful place to live.

Hope Nothing Ever Breaks or You're In Trouble!. I lived at Summer Place Apartments for over one year. I had to get out. Service was horrible. Roof leaked for months after being reported many times. I practically slept in my living room most of the time due to the fact that I feared for my health due to the mold and mildew from the rain. The maintenance is absolutely horrible and the manager told me that if I am not happy with the way things were handled to find another place to live - which is what I did. I highly recommend that if you are considering Summer Place to have it checked for mold and mildew. I bet your apartment has been rained in and never properly cleaned and fixed to health standards. My carpet was rained on for months. I had to make numerous phone calls to get it cleaned not to mention my celing caving in. NEVER, NEVER would I suggest anyone to rent not even my worse enemy. Summer Place manager would not compensate me for any loses or reduce my rent even though I couldn't use part of my apartment due to damages. They do not care about satisfying customers.
