Worst service in EVERY aspect -. The switchboard operator is fond of hanging up on people with complaints. They are rude. I have had so many problems with these companies ( as eight different numbers all lead to the same switchboard operator) under four different company names.. No one that uses these cabs is ever satisfied. Duct taped, springs sticking out of the seats, always late or don't even show up at all.. most of the drivers are not very savory looking characters.. anyway try Quality or Affordable yellow.. even affordable isn't that great, but Quality lives up to their name.
