THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF. After utilizing Golden Cleaners on several occassions, (which were quite expensive, as I have heavy dry cleaning needs) I brought in an item with a substantial stain. They were unable to get the stain out, which meant I could no longer wear the item. Now, I've ruined clothes before, I admit. I've NEVER been asked to pay for a ruined item, after the cleaners told me they would not be able to fix the clothing. The delivery of this notice by the front desk girl was unprofessional and totally not sincere. I guess they don't value my business....They are over-priced, too! BUH-BYE!
