Slow Service

You can not be confident that you are going to have good service. We had given our order to our waiter, and people around us had already ordered, received their order, eaten and left. We were still waiting when the waiter checked on us two times to say the food would be coming. After one hour, the waiter explained that one of the cooks had fallen in the kitchen and had to be rushed to the hospital.

Still a favorite

Lafayette is my hometown and I would always beg to go there and I still insist on going there when I return. The past few times the pizza has been 50/50. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it is lacking cheese which was always the best part about it for me. The service is also 50/50 chance but usually slow. I would recommend it but be prepared to take time to enjoy that delicious food.

Great food terrible service

La Pizzeria has long been a favorite of mine. I used to eat there weekly; however this has changed due to the lack of management. The service is poor at best. The food is still great in my opinion, but if you decide to go be prepared to be extremely frustrated by long waits and poor customer service.
