Only accept a river view room!. The of the Vermillion river from the Hilton is inspiring, but if you are unlucky enough to get a pavement view room - you will be disappointed.

A lot of potential here given the location, but the staff seemed in over there head. It's not that the staff are rude, they just lacked to sophistication to know how to handle unexpected problems - like the failure of room service to deliver an order placed 12 hours before the desired delivery.
