Great Pizza
by Bellelady
The pizza was great. I had the Dupe pizza. I love thin crust and the toppings were piled up although we couldn't see much cheese. The waiter was very friendly and comical. He made you feel right at home. We definitely going back!
- Pros: Love the thin crust and many toppings
- Cons: Took a while for waiter to come to table when we were seated
I Love Pizza Village!!!
by LisaBianchini
It isn't like most pizza places. The crust is really thin but they make this homeade sausage OMG it is so good..Try the Joe's Special and add extra cheese on top... Awesome....and they have the best Salads with lots of olives and delious ranch dressing....Yummy I'm ordering tonight..lol
Great Pizza if you like Meat on a cracker!!!

This place is horrible! But for some reason it is one of the most popular Pizza Places in Lafayette. I don't get it. The crust reminds me of Saltine Crackers. There is very little sauce or cheese, if they put any on at all. The toppings are cut into tiny pieces, like they were diced. They do offer shrimp on their Pizza and have cold Beer, which is why I gave them one star.
- Pros: Cold Beer, Shrimp
- Cons: Their Pizza
The Landry Special is the Best pizza Ever!!
by biengator
I am orginally from St. Martinville La. which also used to be home to Pizza Village. I can remember eating there as a young kid. That same great tasting pizza which I have found no equal anywhere in the world is still found in Lafayette La. And I should know because I've been in the Military for 10yrs and been around this country and the world. Hands down the Landry special is the best pizza I have had to date. I love the thin crispy crust, the toppings or perfectly proportioned and they don't over due the cheese like some other establishments. When you walk into Pizza Village the aroma is invigerating, your salavary glands kick into overdrive, and once you bite in to your first slice it's like a little peace of Cajun Heaven!! Everytime I'm back home I have to go to Pizza Village at least once. Like I said before I've been a lot of places encluding, Germany, Luxemburg, France, Holland, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Austria, N. Carolina, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennesee, Arkansas, Missori, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, S. Carolina and trust me Lafayette La has the best pizza ever at a little place called Pizza Village.
- Pros: Great Pizza, Great Service, Great environment!
- Cons: To far from where I'm located now! (North Texas) Start a Chain! LOL
