Foot Action = Terrible service once they get your money. Foot Action sent me the wrong pair of shoes on an online order. They then made no attempt to replace the the pair and over the next 3 weeks I had to dilligently send them e-mails to have the correct pair mailed to me with the promise that they would pick up the shipping.

After they recieved the incorrect shoes (return) with the postage reciept and directions they either ignored it or lost the reciept probably in the hope that I didn't have another copy of that reciept.

I followed up with e-mails with the receipt to their customer service dept and managers but with no response. 5 e-mails over a 3 week period.

The shoes ended up costing me way more than what I would have paid for from a retail store after all the shipping and duties.



DO NOT DEAL WITH FOOT ACTION IT'S NOT WORTH THE GRIEF
