After using your services for several months, I was very disappointed when you called and told me that you would not be able to deliver my order because my address was "out of your delivery zone." Really? When was that decided, and why did you deliver to me for almost a year with no problem? I will never use your service again, and will NOT recommend your service to anyone.

Love it!. I cannot even tell you how many times I have used Takeout Express ... probably a hundred or more over the years when I lived in Lafayette. I am SO glad it's finally come to Baton Rouge! We like eating out, but sometimes after a long day at work the last thing we feel like doing is bringing three kids out to eat at a restaurant. It's nice to be able to get some of our favorites delivered at home, where we can relax. In all the times I've ordered, I have never had any major issues with the service or food quality, either, although sometimes the wait is kind of long.
