Wow!!!. By far the best hobby shop ever!! Great atmosphere when you walk into the building very neat, well illuminated, and organized. Since the first time I walked into their shop i had no idea what i wanted ,after I was greeted by the experienced friendly staff, I told them what I wanted and ended up with exactly what I was looking for . replacement parts?, No Problem, they have every thing in stock ready for you to get back playing ASAP!!!!! Also if you are in a jam they have a fast and efficient service department with skilled employees to take care of your things. I am very fortunate to have such a great place centrally located with the best staff and great merchandise . Whatever I have a problem with they are always glad to help and to share tips on how to prevent my problems. Thanks BBT for my experience and with many more years to come!!!

Great Service. Ive been shopping here for years now and this place gives you a great place to shop in, Nice clean and well lit place to find your needs. Very great and experienced staff to help you with any problems you may have. Im glad to have this Hobby shop around my area so I dont have to order my stuff online and wait for it to come in and also to help me with any problems I may come across with my product.

will never shop here again. i was sold a product broken in box, then told opened products can't be returned. complete ripoff. after complaining about it to a friend he tells me they did the exact same thing to him. the employees are very concieted and implied inexperience broke the items, basically calling us liars since we weren't able to use the products long enough for our "inexperience" to even be a factor. (the rc heli i bought never left the ground) i would advise anyone interested in any of the hobbies provided by big boy toys look somewhere else, anywhere else.
