HORRIBLE STAFF. Dr. Hebert is good, but the staff lacks A LOT to be desired. Very rude, short, and unkind to mothers with sick children.

Best office in Lafayette. I have found their staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I have checked out after 5 before and have never been made to feel like I was imposing on their personal time. After all, it was after 5 and everyone wants to go home. I work in the customer service field and find that any time money is involved, the customer seems to always feel hounded. Everyone has a job to do and no matter how friendly they are, collecting money is never easy. I have dealt with the business office regarding money and found them to be very compassionate and accommodating. The doctors make us all feel part of the family. The entire office is wonderful and we feel blessed to go there. The healthcare there is EXCELLENT

Great if you don't want good patient relations. While Dr. Lim is an amazing doctor, I find her staff to be very rude and curt. At an appointment I was the last patient leaving and was made to feel like the biggest inconvenience to schedule another appointment because the receptionist had already closed down for the evening. Another time, while in the middle of switching insurances there was a question about the deductible. I ended up getting a call about a $20 balance on my account. I made the payment immediately but felt I was being harassed and threatened even after the payment was made due to poor communication within the office itself. When I spoke to the office manager and instead of apologizing for her poor manner she just made excuses for the billing coordinator's behavior and insinuated I should just accept this behavior as appropriate when I have a balance. I would NEVER recommend this office to anybody.
